Hello, my name is Ryan Rosenberg. I am an immigration lawyer practicing in Vancouver, Canada. Welcome to my blog!

I advise clients on all immigration issues and related corporate/commercial matters. I have significant experience customizing immigration strategies for clients from around the world, with an emphasis on south-east Asia, the USA and from within Canada.

I frequently represent clients before the Federal Court of Canada, and the Immigration and Refugee Board - Immigration Appeals Division.

I work on sophisticated immigration applications, acting for provincial nominees from all provinces, business class applicants (investors and entrepreneurs), federal skilled workers and family class applicants (sponsorships). I match live-in caregivers with prospective employers in Canada and assists skilled foreign works obtain work permits in Canada utilizing international instruments such as NAFTA and GATS.

I also successfully assist failed refugee claimants obtain status in Canada through applications on humanitarian and compassionate grounds and risk assessments.

I articled with a prestigious business law firm in Vancouver, British Columbia before joining Larlee & Associates. I was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2003 and am a member of the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Subsection. I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political science, from the University of Winnipeg.
